THE Traitors star Meryl Williams has revealed her plans to go under the knife for the third time – and is planning a second boob job.
The Scots star, 28, won the first series of the hit BBC1 psychological reality show in 2022.
Now, she is planning a breast enlargement after previously having a breast reduction 13 years ago.
Speaking exclusively to Fabulous, Meryl said: “Ever since I had my boobs reduced at the age of 16, I have always wanted a boob job.
“I’ve lost weight over the years and my body has changed and so my boobs have become saggy and lost their elasticity.
“It hasn’t been an overnight decision for me. I’ve done a lot of research into different surgeons and really done my homework.”
Meryl spent £7,500 of her £33,000 winnings on forehead reduction surgery in 2023 and plans to splash out nearly £11,000 on a breast augmentation and an uplift.
“Don’t get me wrong, I love my body!” Meryl, who has achondroplasia, a common form of dwarfism, added.
“I’m unique and I’ve always embraced my condition. But I don’t feel like it will be a big change to my physical appearance, it’ll just help my confidence.
“I find I’m unable to wear a lot of tops that I like due to my boobs and how they look now.
“They have definitely affected my confidence as now I spend time worrying about what they look like.”
Meryl is hoping to go from a 32B to a 32C and said she’s conscious not to have “a big jump in bra size” as “big boobs are not for me”.

She said: “I was a 8/10 clothes size at this time, but I would wear a size up as my boobs didn’t fit in any of my tops.

“I used to carry my boobs when walking up the stairs and they were so heavy!”
Despite going under the knife previously, Meryl is still feeling a little apprehensive about the results this time around.
“I’m a bit worried as I have a visual idea what I would like them to look like and hope they live up to that,” she said.
“I always get scared going under the knife as it’s a big surgery for a little person but I am very excited!”
Another thing that has got Meryl excited is the final week of The Traitors.
“I’m obsessed!” she says. “I feel like they have changed up the game so much compared to the last two series and I love all the contestants.
“The challenges are up a level too!”
But who does she think will win?

Hannah Byczkowski – £33,000 – “pay the bills”.
Alongisde Meryl, Hannah got to the grisly end of season 1, and the prize money “changed [her] life”.
She told the Mirror: “I had to quit my job before I went into the show, because they wouldn’t let me go and film, so I had to start doing full-time comedy.”
Aaron Evans – £33,000 – helped out his mum
Aaron won the final share of £33,000 in season one and gave his winnings to his mum to help her put a deposit down for a house.
Harry Clark – £95,000 – pay off debts and a family holiday
Harry was a traitor, and walked away from season two with the largest amount of prize money.
He hasn’t quite burned through his prize month, but he has treated his family and sensibly paid off debts.
