A BRITAIN’S Got Talent hopeful has already found fame in Japan – clocking up millions of YouTube engagements for his racy videos.
Comedian Akira Ohashi, 44, will stun viewers of the ITV reality series this weekend, after a teaser clip on Friday showcased his naked act.
Known as Akira, he will perform with just a tray to cover his modesty, pulling off various tricks.
In a preview already aired for the opening episode, he first tells Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli that he will show them the Blackpool Tower and quickly flips his tray to reveal an image of the landmark.
He then ties a toy car to a ball, which is covering his privates, and moves along with it – being careful not to reveal too much.
Host Ant McPartlin – who is watching from the sidelines – then declares: “He was so close!”
Yet despite bidding for the BGT title – which would see the performer receive £250,000 in prize money and the opportunity to perform at the Royal Variety Performance if successful – Akira already has a large social media following.
His YouTube page – which showcases various clips of his risky acts – has more than 20,000 subscribers.
One pendulum video, posted six years ago and which promises “fun, naked entertainment” has almost a million views and more than 700 comments.
Subscribers have been quick to comment on the bawdy scenes, with one writing: “You are awesome!! This is really funny and really simple and great!
Another put: “I needed this level of happiness in my life!”
A third then noted: “The confidence in him when he turns his hips sideways.”

TRAY TRICKS
Akira has been performing his naked tray act for the past ten years and previously hit back at criticism telling The Japan Times in 2019: “I’m aware there’s criticism and that’s fine.
“Some people see this naked guy on stage and feel it’s inappropriate, which I completely understand.
“Those who watch the whole act, however, realise there’s nothing dirty about it.
“It’s just a middle-aged guy with a tray, a bow tie and no other clothes.”
BGT show has run since 2007 and has produced winners including Susan Boyle, Paul Potts and Diversity.
