Liam Gallagher confirms Oasis line up in rant about rocky relationship with Noel and ‘holding grudges’

LIAM Gallagher has confirmed the Oasis line up for the band’s upcoming tour while talking about his bitter fallout with brother Noel.

The rock star, 52, was chatting with fans about his relationship with Noel when he let slip who will NOT be joining Oasis on the road.

Liam, 57, confirmed he “holds no grudges” after he and his brother “called the truce”.

He then revealed that drummer Alan White will not be on tour with Oasis for their string of massive comeback gigs.

Referencing Liam’s epic fallout with Noel, a fan had asked him on X: “Did you two genuinely make amends Liam? Are we allowed to know xxx.”

Liam replied: “The thing about me n Rkid we don’t hold grudges when we decided to call the truce it was done over finished no more talking s*** let’s get on with being the best band in the f***ing world AGAIN.”

Another follower then asked: “How come Alan White isn’ t on the tour?”

Liam wrote back: “Coz he’s not.”

Oasis fans have been quick to discuss Liam’s candid exchange online.

Writing on Reddit, one poster asked: “So who’s gonna be the drummer?”

Another fan was quick to suggest Chris Sharrock will be on the drums.

Chris originally joined Oasis in 2008 when Zak Starkey left the group.

Following Oasis’ split one year later, he formed Beady Eye with Liam, Gem Archer, and Andy Bell.

Later, he joined the touring band for Noel’s High Flying Birds and he appeared on the 2023 album Council Skies.

The fan said on Reddit: “My money’s on Sharrock.”

Another replied: “Yep, it’ll be him. He’s played with Liam and Noel the longest out of every drummer (6 years with Oasis + Beady Eye, and 8 with the HFB).

“Met him before a HFB gig and he was a genuinely great guy, signed my DOYS record.”

Others, however, believe Zak will be brought back on drums for their sell-out Oasis Live ’25 World Tour.

“It’s gonna be Zak. People insist in not believing that, but it’s going to be Zak,” a third person wrote.

The Sun exclusively revealed last week that Liam and Noel had met in public for the first time in more than a decade.

Liam brought sons Lennon, 25, and Gene, 23 – who are both keen on the Oasis reunion – to talks with his brother at a hotel on Tuesday.

They are said to have arrived separately before their sit-down in a private room at the Nobu Hotel London Portman Square near Hyde Park.
