HE thought he was being cool, calm and collected ahead of popping the question.
But Chloe has admitted her other half’s plan was thwarted by a very obvious mistake.
In a video on her TikTok page, Chloe admitted she’d realised something was up when she spotted a distinctive shape in her man’s shorts.
While he was completely oblivious, she kept filming him throughout the day – zooming in to show the ring box that was easily seen underneath the fabric.
She then had a “suspicion” he was going to ask her to marry him during a cocktail cruise on the last night of their Hawaiian holiday.
“He’s been walking around all day with these shorts on that are a tad too tight and I see an object in his pocket that looks like a ring box,” she laughed.
He looked somewhat bemused as to why he was being filmed, but dutifully smiled for the camera.
The video then concluded on the cocktail cruise, with Chloe showing off her whopping new ring, and her new fiancé looking very relieved.
“So he may not be the best at keeping secrets LOL,” she captioned the video.
And people in the comments section immediately broke down in hysterics after watching the video.
“Can you ask him for me if he thought you wouldn’t notice the AC window unit in his pocket? Thanks!” one person joked.
“He might as well have just let you hold the box,” another said.
