TERRY’s Chocolate Orange has launched a brand-new product – as exciting fans spot them on Tesco and Asda shelves.
Fans have gone wild for the treat, which is a twist on the Christmas classic.

Perfect for Easter, the Terry’s Chocolate Orange egg is filled with orange-flavoured cream and coated in dark chocolate.
Announced on Instagram last week, the product is Terry’s answer to the Cadbury‘s Cream Egg – and is selling for between 65p and 75p depending on the shop.
Fans were delighted to see it landing on Tesco and Aldi shelves this week – with other retailers including Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons, Co-op, Waitrose, Iceland, B&M and Poundland.
One shopper reviewed the treat on X, writing: “This is absolutely amazing!
“Lovely orange truffle like marzipan texture in the middle and surrounded by thick and crunchy chocolate.
“This is probably better than the original in my opinion. 10/10 all day long!”
They joined a chorus of other fans, with one writing: “They are so good. Just had a taste today.”
Another said: “Definitely going to be scoffing these!”
And a third shared a recipe idea with the item, saying: “I made chocolate brownies with these the other day.”
In their Instagram post, Terry’s shared its own hack for making the treat even more delicious.

Unless the cream eggs are left in a warm room or pocket, it seems the centre remains quite firm in texture.
Some shoppers have raised doubts about this, with one saying: “It’s absolutely delicious but the middle should be creamier.”

The influencer, with the handle @belongwealth, explained: “In 1926, Terry’s Chocolate Works, a family run factory in York, released a dessert chocolate apple.
“It did pretty well, so in 1932 they released a dessert chocolate orange, which did really well.”
Of course, the 1932 dessert chocolate orange is the product we all know and love today.
With 44 million zesty treats sold globally each year, the brand has to tread carefully so as not to offend die-hard fans with new flavours.
And some new products haven’t gone down too well, like the solid milk chocolate ball released last year.
Meanwhile, Cadbury’s has confirmed that a new Biscoff-flavoured chocolate bar is coming to shops soon.
