STACEY Solomon is ‘putting her foot down’ and has ‘ordered’ Joe Swash to ‘sort his life out’ for 2025, a source claims.
Not only this, but Stacey, 35, wants she and Joe to “be more of a team”.
It comes just days after Stacey and Joe, 42, announced their huge new TV gig.
The Loose Women presenter, who last year launched a kids’ range at Primark, revealed that she and Joe will star in a new TV documentary series following their life with five kids.
But the Sort Your Life Out host, who has made a career out of helping people declutter their homes, is said to want the same for her huge £1.2 million home, Pickle Cottage, which has its own library and 2.5 acres of land.
An insider told Closer: “Stacey is a firm believer that a messy house creates a messy mind. She finds herself completely overwhelmed and anxious if things aren’t in order.
“She’s been ruthless this year at Pickle Cottage, completely decluttering the house from top to bottom.
“She’s been hoping that Joe will follow her lead and start trying to sort his life out at home, too.
“She has joked about how messy he is and that opposites attract, but the reality is that seeing his stuff laying around their bedroom can drive her mad.”
But with six children between them – Harry, 17, Zachary, 16, Leighton, 12, Rex, five, Rose, three, and Belle, one – multiple jobs, four ducks and two dogs, it’s no surprise that this relatable mum wants to keep things as organised as possible.
According to this source, Stacey, who recently teased ‘big changes she’s always dreamed of’, the mum-of-five is “putting her foot down” in a bid to get Joe to “get his act together”.
The source added: “She does a lot for him, but in the New Year she’s going to really put her foot down and tell him to get his act together, start organising his clothes more and get rid of any unwanted stuff from his “man cave”.”
