A savvy shopper has revealed how you can make your Temu haul even cheaper
Temu price adjustment request showing estimated refunds for several items.
She said you can request a ‘price adjustment’ via your order page, which will give you back the amount the price has been dropped since you placed the order

“Not sure if people are aware, but if you’ve ordered from Temu, and it’s been delivered, you can click request a price adjustment if the items you’ve bought have lowered in price since you ordered,” Sarah wrote in a post on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook.

“I have just received £6.16 to my account credit in 1 click of a button to further your savings.

“Hope this helps!”

The accompanying picture showed that Sarah had requested a “price adjustment” in her Temu account, which had then highlighted the products that had gone down in price since she’d ordered them.

While there were some adjustments of 1p or 16p, there was one of £2.50 and another of £2.26.

The total “estimated total refund amount” came to £6.16.

The comments section on the post was almost immediately filled with grateful people thanking Sarah for sharing the nifty hack.

While others shared their own helpful tips.

“Can do it before it’s even been delivered,” one person pointed out.

“Can check from the day you order for 30 days.”

“Where do you check please?” someone else asked.

With another replying: “Go to your orders, select an order and there is usually a bit that says price adjustment.

“Hit this and it will tell you if any available.

“If the order is more than 30 days old it won’t be there, or it can be under 2 dots on menu.”

As someone else said “you can do it on every order the price has reduced on and if if reduces again within a set time frame you can do it again”.

“Go to your orders and see if it says price adjustment,” they added.

“If it doesn’t show up your order was more than 30 days ago or no price adjustment is to be had.. but keep checking.”
