Top secret iPhone features cheaters NEVER want you to see & simple tool to uncover love rats’ naughty nights out

YOUR iPhone is filled with top secret tricks – and there are some even cheaters don’t want you to know about.

As The Sun’s tech expert, I dig through new, forgotten and hidden features all the time.

Cheaters don’t want you to know about these features…

Many are there to make your life easier – and for love rats, maybe a bit too easy.

I became invested in the features cheaters use on their phones after uncovering a shocking treasure trove of evidence that an ex was doing the dirty a few years ago.

Digging through someone’s phone should always be a last resort.

But if you’re really suspicious and need to scratch that itch, here are some places to go looking.

Night out?

Suspect your other half may have gone out for dinner or drinks with someone else?

Being able to see transactions would help.

While it’s a lot harder snooping on banking apps, lots of people rely on Apple Pay to buy stuff these days.

And it has a handy log of transactions.

So if your other half claims they were “just working late night” you may have some evidence they were eating out somewhere – and spent more than the value of one meal.

You’ll need the iPhone‘s PIN to unlock it and check this feature out.

Once you’re on, look for the Wallet app and select any bank card.

The most recent payments will all be listed there – and they can’t be deleted either.

Are there suspicious emoji being used on your partner’s iPhone?

Anyone can delete texts or WhatsApp messages.

But there might be a trace of cheating hidden among the emoji.

Your iPhone shows the most frequently used emoji first.

If you see a love heart, a cheeky aubergine, a peach or the kissing face – and know you haven’t received them in a while – your other half may be sending them to someone else.

After a number of suspicious incidents I did some digging on my partner’s iPhone a few years ago.

It’s not something I’m proud of but sometimes you have to trust your gut.

I had heard that some dating apps allow you to disguise the icon as a calculator.

What a genius idea – no one would think to tap on an innocent, boring calculator icon.

So, I took the plunge and sure enough there was a fake calculator which opened up a dizzying number of saucy messages and unspeakable pics.

Uncover deleted apps

You can see a list of previously downloaded apps – even if they’ve been deleted

This tip will only work if you can convince your partner to unlock their iPhone with Face ID, as it’s not accessible without it.

Few realise there’s a trick to see every single app that’s ever been downloaded on their account.

This includes any that have been long deleted, so there is no hiding any dating apps.

To access it, follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap the person’s name at the top
  • Select Media & Purchases
  • Tap View Account (you will need your partner to use Face ID to unlock this area)
  • Tap Purchase History
  • Tap Last 90 Days, Paid at the top
  • Select any time range from the Date Range box
  • Then change Cost from Paid to Free
  • Tap Apply
  • You will now see a full list of all the apps that have been downloaded
