‘But… why?’ puzzled shoppers wonder about Primark’s latest collaboration, with reversible bucket hats & sliders on offer

PRIMARK has had a fair few collaborations in its time.

From the fast food chain Greggs to Disney, it seems no one won’t work with the retailer.

And now their new collection has left shoppers baffled and wondering why on earth it’s happened.

Primark has announced it is launching a collection with the doughnut maker Krispy Kreme.

The new collection features a whole host of accessories and clothing items up for grabs.

There’s a reversible bucket hat, a white and green spotted backpack and even socks.

Also up for grabs is some sliders and a Krispy Kreme T-shirt all embossed with the Krispy Kreme logo.

You can get the whole collection and look like you’re starting a shift making some freshly baked Original Glaze doughnuts.

The new range is available in some stores already, but the collection has only just dropped online.

While some seem thrilled with the collaboration, others not so much.

One woman showed off the new collection on Facebook and many were left wondering who would wear it.

One person wrote: “Why walk around in that?”

Another commented: “Primark needs to stop with this.”

“But why?” penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: “Oh no.”

“Is this actually real?” claimed a fifth.

Someone else added: “Is it bad that I actually think the backpack is cute?!”
