PEOPLE have been left stunned by a new discovery about much-loved crisps Monster Munch.

While the savoury treats – which come in pickled onion, flaming hot or roast beef flavour – have widely been thought of as being in a monster’s foot shape, it’s now been claimed that’s not the case.

While they had widely been thought of as monster feet, they are now believed to actually be little monsters

One man took to TikTok to admit his world had been turned upside down after finding out that the crisps are actually meant to be mini monsters.

And if turned upside down from the traditional ‘foot’ direction, you can see their arms, legs and body.

“I went through primary school, high school thinking these were f**king feet and they’re monsters!” Rossi exclaimed.

“You absolute b**tards.

“I can’t believe it!”

And people in the comments section were quick to side with Rossi, as they expressed their own shock at the discovery.

“Wait, WHAT?” one wrote.

“I’m 52 and never knew they were monsters, I always thought they were feet, how have I survived in life?” another wailed.

“No no no no I’m 55 & this has just ruined me,” a third admitted.

“I’m 50 next week and I always thought they were feet too, ffs,” someone else added.

“Least we all know now!” Rossi replied.

“Same here!!! My life’s ruined nothing makes sense anymore!” another commented.

“Ffs! my childhood spent biting what I thought was each toe off!!!” someone else said.

“When in fact it was arms and legs! Brutal!”

However, others weren’t convinced by Rossi’s discovery.

“I’m adding it to the whole Scone, Scone, is a Jaffa Cake a biscuit or cake type of debate,” one said.

“You know which side you stand on. But don’t always want to admit it!”

“But why are they the other way up on the packet?? like a footprint? I don’t trust anything anymore,” another added.

“I had to research! but Walkers agree’s they’re feet!!” a third commented.

“Walkers said ‘whilst we think of them as monsters’ feet, we don’t want that to stop people from coming up with their own imaginative ideas’.”

“They don’t want to stop sales,” another claimed.
