THIS is the brainteaser that challenges you to use your cat-like reflexes to spot the kitty who has a uniquely shaped nose.

Everyone can see the the cute cats in the image – but only those with a genius-level IQ can spot the fury friend with the heart-shaped nose in seven seconds.

Illustration of many cats; find the cat with a heart-shaped nose.
Can you spot the heart-shaped nose on the cat?

This puzzle is tricky because of how small the noses are on the pussycats in the picture.

The lack of difference between the noses that the majority of the cats already have, and the heart shape you are looking for, also makes this teaser difficult.

It means that you have to zero in on quite a minor detail on the cat’s faces, to pic out a shape that is quite hard to spot.

The way that they are arranged too makes it hard to navigate, as they are not lined up in neat rows.

Your eyes will have to do more work to find the heart you are looking for in the short amount of time you have.

The key to this one is to block out all other details other than the facial feature you are investigating.

Are you ready, because the clock is ticking!

If you’re still struggling, a hint would be to rule out the cats that don’t fully fit onto the picture, because you cannot see their noses.

People who are able to solve the puzzle quickly possess good observational skills and high cognitive speed.

It tests your ability to process a high volume of visual information and the ability to concentrate under high amounts of pressure.

Psychologists at The University of Glasgow found that staring at an optical illusion can improve eye sight by allowing you to see small print.

Escape London says puzzles can also give your mind a great workout and may “boost your brain’s activity” which “reduces the risk of dementia.”

These can help to stimulate several parts of the brain at the same time.

Tasks like this can also provide people with a productive way to have fun and relax.

Have you solved it? Don’t worry, if you’re still struggling we’ve included the solution to the brainteaser down below.

If you’ve solved that, why not try testing your mental agility on these ones?
