A MUM has found herself accused of “glorifying” her situation, after revealing she was back in a minidress and tights on the school run just 48 hours after giving birth.
Laura took to her TikTok page to share a video of herself in action, as she pushed her newborn in her pram as her eldest daughter filmed as they headed home from school.

In the clip, she wore a minidress beneath a black coat, teamed with black boots.
Her baby looked more than a little cosy in her pram, as she lay on a faux fur liner and wore a gorgeous white hat with a pink bow.
“POV: 48 hours after having a baby via C-section you were back on school runs wearing tights and dresses,” she wrote over the top of the TikTok video.
But lots of people in the comments section were quick to slam Laura, insisting she shouldn’t have rushed back into daily life so soon after giving birth.
“Just go home and have a rest, it is not a competition,” one sighed.
“Damn I thought it was!” Laura replied.
“I’m hoping it’s because you chose to and wasn’t made to?” another added.
With Laura explaining: “I didn’t have a choice.
“I am the only person who could collect my daughter and take her.
“But I wouldn’t change it, I don’t need anyone.”

It’s dangerous,” a third urged.
“Not a flex to put your health at risk,” someone else wrote.
“Want a medal?” another sarcastically asked.
“No no, it’s major surgery! You should be resting,” someone else added.
“Everyone is different, walking helped me recover quicker,” Laura responded.
“I did a very similar thing,” another wrote.
“I’ve now got huge scarring in my organs.”
“Are we supposed to be impressed?” someone else said.
“This ain’t no flex girl!!!” another commented.
But others defended Laura, with one writing: “This was me and I never felt like more of a boss in my life!”
The amount of hate in the comments why can’t she be proud of this! Go you !!!!
“I don’t understand the aggro,” another added.
“Day three after mine I was in a dress doing a food shop at m&s and was really happy about it.
“Movement helps with recovery.”
“The amount of hate in the comments why can’t she be proud of this! Go you !!!!” a third said.
“Aw thank you and I know it’s so funny!” Laura laughed.
“The level of judgemental comments are saddening,” someone else sighed.
“I think the point is, perhaps there was no one to support her so what choice was there other than to do it herself.”
“Those saying you shouldn’t be doing this – ignore!” another wrote.
“I done the same even with a helpful partner who wanted me to rest and I have recovered so quick and feel amazing after 5 weeks!
“Well done girl!”
