WANT to boost your present pile on your birthday? It turns out lots of shops give our freebies on your special day.
Two savvy shoppers shared a huge haul of items they managed to snap up without spending a penny.
TikTok users @insideourrelationship uploaded a video which now has 36,000 likes, and said: “This is all of the free stuff that you can get on your birthday.”
First up was Marks and Spencer, where you can pick up a tasty snack.
Maggie and Hiren said: “Starting out with M&S: if you download the Sparks card, you get a free treat on your birthday.
“We got a chocolate bar and some Percy Pigs. I was never gonna pick the blueberries.”
You can also get a beauty product on your special day.
The couple continued: “Next up, we went to The Body Shop, where you get a £5 voucher.
“So we picked a £6 hand cream and only had to pay £1 for this.”
The third freebie they walked away with was a cupcake from Lola’s Cupcakes.
They explained: “Lola’s used to give away a 9-inch free cake, but now they only give away a cupcake.
“Which is still fantastic, but you’ve got to pick this up on your actual birthday.”

They got some more food items at Hotel Chocolat, which, similar to The Body Shop, gives you £5 off.

They next went to Krispy Kreme to pick up a free doughnut and were able to choose any flavour they wanted.
The couple claimed Lindt used to give you a free box of chocolates, but now they have changed the rules so you have to spend £10 minimum to qualify.
They bought some of the viral Dubai Chocolate and then got a box of Lindt free.
Next they went to Costa Coffee and were able to pick anything from the sweet treat counter, and then visited Burger King and got a free Whopper.
And that wasn’t all.
Gail’s and Greggs also let them walk away with a free sweet treat, and Subway gave them a cookie.

Maggie and Hiren then headed to Rituals and got a free full-size hand wash, but they had to buy something from the shop in order to get it.
They added: “You can get a free gift at Space NK, which I did not know.
“We got a cleansing mask and a body cream, which is fantastic.
“You have to sign up to their newsletter to get the free goodies to prove it’s your bday.”
Many people seemed keen to snap up the birthday items for themselves.
One person wrote: “This is SO cool!!!”
Another added: “I always see these videos the week after my bday.”
