Eagle-eyed fans have spotted a major clue that indicates the All Stars couple were already romantically involved.

Fans have watched the pair become closer in the South African villa, despite cracks along the way.

However, with the finale just days away, it’s now emerged Sammy and Elma were close before the show.

Eight weeks ago Elma, 32, commented on a post of Sammy’s and dropped multiple heart hands emojis.

Replying, TOWIE star Sammy commented with the couple holding hands emoji.

Meanwhile, Elma and Sammy are set to be dumped from the villa, according to the bookies.

William Hill have placed Grace Jackson and Luca Bish as the front-runners for this year’s series, with Gabby Allen and Casey O’Gorman not far behind them. 

Just two weeks ago Elma was voted ‘favourite girl’ by the public – but it seems the general opinion of the Towie star has changed dramatically.

Furious fans have slammed Elma for her behaviour towards Ekin-Su as the two girls locked horns. 

The Love Island finale will air this Monday night from 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
