KROGER has confirmed it is pulling all of its sister stores out of a state entirely.
The mass closures are scheduled to take place in a matter of weeks.

The retailer announced on Friday that all 18 of its The Little Clinic locations in Georgia will be shutting down for good.
These include those in Middle Georgia which are located inside Kroger Marketplace.
A spokesperson for the chain did not give any reason for the sudden move.
They told The Macon Telegraph that all closures will take place on April 4.
“We have enjoyed serving the Georgia community for the last several years through our clinics,” the spokesperson said in an email.
“We invite our valued patients to continue using the pharmacies conveniently located in Kroger stores.”
The Little Clinic is a subsidiary of The Kroger Co. offering walk-in medical services and appointments to customers.
As well as medical check ups and diagnoses, the clinics carry out treatments for minor issues, vaccinations, and school and work physicals.
Kroger has these clinics across Georgia in Athens, Atlanta, Bonaire, Carrollton, Cartersville, Cumming, Dacula, Dallas, Dawsonville, Gainesville, Jefferson, Macon, Newnan, Peachtree City, Stone Mountain, Sugar Hill and Suwanee.
Customers and patients of these clinics who have questions about the closures in relation to their medical records are urged to reach out to The Little Clinic at 877-852-2677.
