THE Prince and Princess of Wales’ first joint Welsh engagement in months was a “flirt fest” which showed their “sexual chemistry”, claims an expert.

Prince William, 42, and Princess Kate, 43, visited Pontypridd in south Wales yesterday, ahead of St. David’s Day, and displayed rare PDA with arm touches and hand holding.

Judi claimed their body language was ‘loving’ and ‘sexual’

During the trip, the pair were caught sharing a cheeky joke, as they baked cakes at the Welsh Cake Shop.

Body language expert Judi James pointed out that the couple revealed their ‘breathtaking’ sexual attraction in Kate’s cancer-free video.

She told Fabulous: “This Welsh outing suggests the cork is well and truly out of the bottle and that the couple are now more than happy to continue with the non-verbal narrative of fondness and flirting.

“This is William and Kate displaying but not flaunting their sexual chemistry together.

“The chemistry isn’t just loving it is also sexual. All the lingering touches and glances suggest flirting and sexual appreciation as well as fondness.”

Judi claims the couple appear to be back in their honeymoon phase with their tactile behaviour – especially with their close hand-holding.

She pointed out: “It’s always been known that they will naturally hold hands and hug behind the scenes while adopting a more formal and less tactile professional persona, but here they are in public, walking along a station platform with their bodies welded together from shoulder to pelvis and with a loving hand clasp to signal they might still be in the honeymoon stages of their love story.

“In front of the cameras here they appear besotted and putting more effort into their flirting than into making those Welsh cakes.

“This flirt-fest entails prolonged eye contact and playful laughter, while their mutual touch rituals have increased dramatically.”

The body language expert said they both displayed the “look of love”, with William’s face showing a “smitten, bashful kind of affection.”

Arriving at Tshop – which is well known for its Bara Brith, a traditional Welsh fruit bread – Wills jokes: “How dirty can you be? Flour everywhere?”

The couple then proceeded to giggle as they donned matching aprons while making traditional Welsh Cakes at the Pontypridd shop – which has served tasty snacks to locals for more than 25 years.

Jam comment

During the engagement, the Princess of Wales appeared to start a jam war after offering her recipe for free just days after Meghan launched her exclusive new brand.

California-based Meg, 43, launched her ‘As ever’ range last week which will sell food online after agreeing a megabucks tie up with Netflix.

Posting on Instagram, she said: “Of course there will be fruit preserves, I think we’re all clear at this point that jam is my jam.”

But meeting youngsters in South Wales today, the Princess of Wales revealed she had her own recipe for plum jam – and offered to pass on her tips for making the perfect preserve for free to youngsters.

Hearing how young volunteers at a community garden were growing their own plums and turning them into jam, she promised: “I’ll send you my plum jam recipe so you can try it.”

The princess also revealed that she is learning to forage in Norfolk, with her three children left impressed by a “huge” puffball mushroom she had found near their home at Anmer Hall.

Kate added: “The children thought it was fascinating.”

The princess and duchess have not spoken for years as Harry and Meg hurled insults on their Netflix six-par show, tell-all memoir and shock Oprah Winfrey interview, since Megxit.

Kate’s return

Yesterday was the couple’s first joint engagement outside of England since Kate’s cancer treatment

Kate, meanwhile, has been turning up for more public appearances as part of her “gradual” return to work after cancer.

It was the couple’s first major ‘away day’ of the year for Kate’s “gradual” return to duty – and their first joint trip to Wales since October 2023.

Kate’s appearance follows a Palace announcement regarding the royal’s “gradual” return to public duties from the New Year.

She has since made a number of appearances including meeting Holocaust survivors at an emotional memorial event, and visiting Tŷ Hafan’s hospice near Cardiff, where she spent time with children, families and staff.

It is also understood tours abroad are “not on the table”, despite Prince William last year saying they might “have some more trips lined up”.

Instead, Kate’s “primary focus” will be her Centre for Early Childhood and UK-based engagements.

The Princess of Wales will also support the Royal Family at events such as Buckingham Palace Garden Parties, Trooping the Colour, Royal Ascot and the Remembrance Day commemorations.
