Sue Giers, a content creator with 53,200 followers on TikTok, took to social media to share the five tricks she swears by for her youthful look, leaving many gobsmacked. 

Posting on social media, the blonde haired beauty, who is “not sad” about her age, uploaded a short clip of her wearing a unitard as she danced around her home.

Sue, who is from Hamburg, Germany, styled the baby blue outfit with a pair of gold high heels and confidently flicked her hair as she wrote: “I’m 55 years old but I have legs like a 25 year old.”

Alongside the short clip, Sue revealed her “top tricks” for legs that look “smooth, toned and healthy”, including the free habit you need to start. 

Firstly, the influencer stressed the free piece of advice you should follow, as she highlighted the importance of consuming enough water.

Sue simply said: “Hydration is key – drink water like it’s your job.”

As well as this, Sue revealed the two beauty habits you must follow, as she advised: “Exfoliate and moisturize – say no to dry, dull skin.”

Additionally, Sue, who loves wearing skimpy dresses and micro mini shorts, but has been told to ‘dress your age’ by mean trolls, credits exercise to her jaw-dropping pins, as she recommended: “Stay active – walking and stretching keep them strong.”

Not only this, but Sue, who isn’t a fan of hot showers, also shared the body care routine she follows, as she penned: “Cold showers – boost circulation and keep ‘em tight.”

Finally, Sue, who is a fan of wearing sheer bodysuits but is often met with abuse from trolls for her fashion sense, then swore by “SPF always” as she concluded: “Sun damage? Not today!”

The stylish mother, who previously confessed that being ”basic” is not in her ”DNA”, claimed that whilst “age is just a number”, a “good leg care is a lifestyle.” 

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @sue.giers, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 206,300 views in just 24 hours. 

Social media users were totally stunned by Sue’s long and slim legs and many eagerly flocked to the comments to praise her toned physique. 

One person said: “You look absolutely gorgeous.”
