And whether you intend on hosting friends for a garden party, or just want a cosy spot to relax in by yourself, you may have noticed that your garden needs a bit of a revamp after a winter of neglect.

You might think that a garden transformation will cost a fortune, but Home Bargains has the perfect product to makeover your garden on a budget.

The Firefly Rattan String Solar Lights are just £7.99 for a pack of 10, making each light just 79p.

The warm white LEDs will transform your garden into a cosy paradise, that will make you the envy of friends of neighbours.

The solar powered lights also turn on automatically when it gets dark, so you don’t have to faff around with any electric wires.

A product description reads: “Featuring 10 warm white LED lights nestled in beautiful rattan designs, these lights create a charming atmosphere in your garden, patio, or yard.

“With a rechargeable battery included, they are easy to install and automatically turn on at dusk, offering a soft, inviting glow.

“Simply place them in the sun to charge during the day and enjoy their gentle light as the evening falls.

“Perfect for adding a touch of warmth and style to any outdoor setting!”

The rattan lights are a fraction of the price of a similar product sold at Argos for £25.

The Habitat 6 Warm White Rattan Effect Solar String Lights, which are £17 more expensive than the Home Bargains buy comes with four less lights than the budget version.

The Argos buy is also solar powered, and can run for eight hours when fully charged.

Shoppers have also been raving about Home Bargains’ Firefly 3 Pack Hot Air Balloon Solar Light, also priced at £7.99.

One eagle-eyed shopper spotted the bargain buys and posted about them in the popular Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group — sparking a frenzy among fellow bargain hunters.

One shopper raved: “I got the hot air balloons online last week — they look so good with how they flicker.”

Another said: “I’ve got all the different balloon ones and my garden looks like a balloon festival now. Looks amazing at night and well worth the money.”

A third happy customer added: “Finally found these in my local — so happy xx.”

But not everyone was impressed.

One shopper warned: “I got the starburst ones and they only worked for two days then they stopped lifting up.”

Another said: “Be careful with the hot air balloon ones — I bought some, opened it, and it came apart in my hands.”
