A WOMAN has left people stunned after revealing the hidden place in her lounge that has collected a “disgusting” amount of dirt.
Sophie explained that she was going to plug in a tablet to charge when she noticed just how much filth was on her cabinet.
And when she spotted the dust and dirt, she was so disgusted she quickly got her other half to get it down so she could take it apart and clean it.
The item in question? A PlayStation games console.
“I just found the most disgusting thing in my house and I don’t know what to do,” she began a video on her TikTok page.
“Sorry, but what is that? I’ve just come to plug the tablet in and what the f**k is this?
“I don’t know what to do!”
Once she’d unplugged the console, she tried to take it apart – but admitted she’d be in big trouble if she broke it.
She used some force to get the casing off the machine, at which point the true extent of the dirt was revealed.
“Oh! Oh! That is a horror show!” she exclaimed.
Sophie then grabbed her hoover, and used the handheld part to suck up all the dirt and grime.
“I can’t believe I’ve never done this,” she continued.

She then flipped the machine, and removed the casing once again to clean the other side.
“I actually can’t tell if this side is worse!” Sophie admitted.

“This is your sign to go check your PlayStation because that was gross!”
And the comments section was quickly filled with people admitting they’d never realised how dirty the consoles can get.
“No because now I’ve just checked our Xbox and it’s the same!!!” one wrote.
“Why did I never think to clean this?”
“My husband uses a make-up brush to get all the rest away,” another added.
With Sophie replying: “Good shout!”
“I noticed this on ours a couple of weeks ago too!” a third commented.
“Didn’t know the white bits came off so thanks for that, off to take them off too!”
