A GEORDIE Shore legend shocked viewers after sharing his new look -after revealing he’s spent £50,000 on surgery.
The long-time reality star made his Geordie Shore debut all the way back in 2012.
Ricci Guarnaccio, 38, returned to the show in 2022 – after a six year absence.
Meanwhile, the DJ’s fans were left in shock when trailers for the latest series dropped last week.
One commented: “Barely recognised Rick and Kyle.”
Another added: “What’s happened to all their faces! Their eyes look tiny, is that the side effect of too much Botox?”
A third penned: “I don’t usually comment on peoples appearances but b****y hell, their faces.”
While a fourth remarked: “Are all their teeth made of plastic”.
Speaking to Daily Star, Ricci revealed he has spent roughly £50,000 on plastic surgery.
He previously noticed when other reality stars had “far too much” work done – but this mindset later changed.
Ricci explained: “Then I got my first nose job. And I was like, ‘Holy s***, this stuff works, how fit do I look?’
“And then I had three nose jobs, I’ve had my eye lids – that blepharoplasty – my jaw done, my teeth done three times.

As Geordie Shore viewers know, Ricci was previously romantically involved with former co-star Vicky Pattison.
The ex-couple played out their romance on the reality show and even got engaged before Vicky called time on it in 2013.
Asked if they still speak, Ricci previously told us: “No, definitely not. I wish her all the best. I think we have both grown up a lot.
“It would have been nice to have her and Gaz back for the reunion.
“We all started together, but it is what it is.”
Years after their split, Vicky married former builder Ercan Ramadan in August 2024.
