ITV HAS given a first look at The Vivienne’s cameo appearance in their hit comedy – just weeks after their death.
James Lee Williams, who won the first series of RuPaul‘s Drag Race UK and placed third on skating competition Dancing On Ice in 2023, died at the start of January aged 32.

The news of The Vivienne’s death was announced by their publicist, Simon Jones.
Prior to the star’s shock passing, they filmed a cameo appearance for ITV‘s second series of G’wed.
The hit show launched last year, and follows a group of teenagers as they navigate their lives in Liverpool.
Fans will get to see The Vivienne’s bittersweet appearance in the very first episode.
They play the role of a nightclub owner, who gives Dominic Murphy’s character Ted a shot after being impressed by their comedic talent.
New snaps show the TV star ahead of their performance, backstage performing for their act.
Speaking previously following James’ death, G’wed’s executive producer Mario Stylianides said: “All the cast and crew were so saddened by the passing of The Vivienne and the first episode will now be dedicated to them.
“The Vivienne was a trailblazing icon and we were truly honoured when we found out they were a fan of G’wed and equally excited when they agreed to appear in the first episode of the new series.
They will always be in our hearts and forever part of the G’wed family.”
G’wed’s second series launches on February 6 on ITV2 and ITVX.
