The tennis star is rarely seen on tour these days having last played a competitive match in August.
Instead Bouchard spends a lot of time playing pickleball, which helps her maintain her athleticism.
The Candian, 31, undergoes a variety of performing enhancing methods, including cupping.
The healing technique is unconventional and for good reason – since it left Bouchard’s body covered in sores.
Bouchard shared a photo of her body, which was covered in circular purple bruises from where the suction cups were placed.
She captioned the pic: “Cupping is no joke.”
Bouchard celebrated her birthday last week and looked glamorous in a classy red dress.
This week she was selected to take part in Major League Pickleball by the New Jersey 5s.
Her pick was criticised by a fan who suggested Bouchard is only involved because of her Instagram fame.
She hit back saying: “So who cares”.
A few weeks ago Bouchard was rushed to hospital after being hit in the eye with a pickleball.
