COLE PALMER’S girlfriend Connie Grace stunned in a bikini while showing off a huge coconut.
The Manchester-born blonde delighted fans as she posed for snaps while holidaying in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Connie gazed into the lens while surrounded by golden beaches and blue skies.
And she beat the heat by remaining cool with a hydrating coconut – complete with straw.
Connie captioned the picture: “UV10.”
Her 35,000 Instagram followers went beserk for her latest post.

Connie, who runs a nail salon, was first seen with Chelsea star Palmer in July 2024.
The pair were spotted on holiday together in Ibiza.

And later in the year they stepped out officially together at the GQ Men of the Year awards.
The loved-up couple then saw in Christmas and the New Year with a fun day out at Winter Wonderland.
And last month, Connie lifted the lid on her relationship with Palmer with some heartwarming comments.
She said: “We met when we were 17. I think he knew me through mutual friends so I think he probably had his eye on me.
“Oh, he’s warm and cuddly. Well, with me, hopefully with no one else.
“When you know how much someone wants something and you know that’s someone’s dream, you just feel so proud.”
