BLUE Peter fans were left stunned after a show legend appeared on Good Morning Britain – days after the show aired its last live episode.
Fans – old and young – were left devastated when it was revealed how the iconic programme would no longer be broadcast live.

The news filtered through on Friday when former show star Simon Thomas shared the announcement.
And now, with Blue Peter on people’s minds, GMB viewers were stunned as an iconic appeared on screen.
Katy Hill appeared on the programme to discuss the major shakeup to Blue Peter.
Speaking to entertainment editor Richard Arnold the children’s TV icon said she always wanted to be a presenter.
Katy explained: “You know what, I wanted to present that show since I was five!
“It was because this was the 70s, right, you guys know this? There had been no girl power!
“That was the place I saw girls jumping out of planes, flying fast jets and fast cars! Generally being pretty cool! I was like: ‘That’s the job for me!’
“I never equated my fear of public speaking with landing that show and it was incredible!
“But as Peter said, there’s nothing like the adrenaline when you’re about to go live on your first show! It’s out of body, terrified.”
