B&M shoppers are rushing to buy a rare Nestle chocolate bar, based on a favourite biscuit.

It came after one excited fan shared a snap of the sought-after treats – which are scanning for just £1 – on Facebook.

The rare Milky bar Biscoff was pictured in a B&M store

They wrote: “The latest Milkybar Biscoff edition is now at B&M for just £1.00!

“Who can resist the perfect combo of white chocolate & Biscoff? Grab yours before it’s gone!”

The Biscoff Milkybar combines the unique flavour of a Lotus biscuit with Nestle‘s iconic white chocolate recipe.

Excited fans flooded the comments, with one writing: “I NEED these!”

Another said to a friend: “They will look lovely in our biscuit basket.”

Shoppers first became aware of the unusual treat back in January, following a Facebook post from the New Foods UK group.

One person commented: “I need to try this now.”

Another said: “I want to go to B&M so bad just to get these.”

A third added they were “delicious” whilst another described them as “heavenly”.

Other were already thinking up culinary creations.

A user posted: “Oh the cheesecakes.. milkshakes, I would make these into.”

B&M appears to be the only British store to sell the bar, with shoppers otherwise forced to import it from abroad – for an eye-watering price.

iFoods UK sells the chocolate bar online for £2.99 but shoppers will have to foot the £6.99 shipping charge, bringing a single bar to a total of £9.98.

Candy mail UK has them listed for £2.99 but they are currently out of stock.

While B&M currently stocks the rare bar, availability may vary by store – so it might be worth phoning your local branch to check.

Meanwhile, Cadbury‘s has brought back its chocolate orange mini eggs ahead of this Easter.

And earlier this year, shoppers were over the moon when they spotted the Aero Milkybar available at the bargain store.
