The home has ‘ample space’ for adults looking for a stylish pad

The prefabricated tiny home comes with a built-in bathroom and amenities for “convenience and comfort”, according to the listing.

The layout of the home is a “double wing”, meaning you have living spaces either side of the front door.

This provides “ample space” and claims to be “perfect for adults looking to build and live in a stylish and functional home”.

It also has a foldable design, meaning you can move in “within three minutes” of its arrival and won’t have to pay hefty construction costs.

Despite its easy installation, the listing claims that the micro house has a welded structure, with the frame made from steel plates.

This helps it to last up to 30 years, with it able to “resist 8-level strong wind.”

It also has a “good thermal insulation” and sealing strips help to protect the home against rain and wind.

The description adds: “The side panels have special sound insulation and heat insulation fillers, which can play the role of heat insulation, sound insulation, cold protection and fire prevention.

“It is non-flammable, sturdy and durable. “

Inside the property, you choose from additional accessories such as a shower and kitchen units to deck it out to your specification.

If you are looking to save money, there are cheaper options for this available, or you can splash out on some higher grade alternatives.

As well as the inside being customisable, you can also choose the exterior so it blends in with your outdoor space.

The cheapest option is £6,752 and the Amazon listing says it can be delivered in as soon as two weeks.

One thing to note is it’s not easy to move the home without proper transportation as it weighs 7999 pounds.

However, it could prove to be the perfect solution for those struggling to get on the property ladder.

Tiny homes have boomed in popularity over the past decade, mainly down to affordability and sustainability reasons, and the desire for minimalist living.

Millennials and Generation X are the primary adopters of tiny homes, with the majority of tiny home dwellers being between 30 and 50 years old.
