ALISON Hammond has been praised by stars as she showed off her real, make-up free face.
The television presenter, 49, declared that she will ‘always be enough’, with and without a full face of glam.

The star, who looks slimmer than ever after her 11 stone weight loss, took to social media to share her make-up-free face – sending fans into overdrive.
The Great British Bake Off host, who recently fuelled rumours she had secretly split from her toyboy boyfriend, shared a snap to her 1.6 million Instagram followers of her whilst working out in the gym.
The This Morning star flashed a big smile and wore her hair in braids.
With not a smidge of make-up on her face, the mum-of-one posed whilst on the treadmill, with her headphones and workout gear on.
Alongside the ‘real’, sweaty snap, Alison shared a glamorous selfie whilst on set at This Morning today, not long after her gym session.
With her long hair down and curled, Alison donned a full face of flawless make-up and fluttery fake eyelashes.
To accompany the snaps, Alison wrote: “Without or with make up, I’ll always be enough!
“Embrace both looks and keep real.”
Keen to advise others to embrace their natural beauty, she added: “Your beauty is You and the fact there ain’t no one like you in the whole wide world!”
At the time of writing, Alison’s snap had been posted just three hours prior, but had clearly impressed many, as it quickly amassed 94,700 likes.

Alison’s weight loss
Alison’s sweaty gym selfie comes just days after she debuted her epic weight loss.
The star put on a jaw-dropping display in a leopard-print dress at the Robin Hood press night at the London Palladium last December.
Prior to this, the ITV favourite said she dodged using weight-loss jabs to shed the pounds – after learning she was pre-diabetic.
Instead, Alison claimed she exercised with the help of a personal trainer and changed her diet.
Twice a week I see my personal trainer, and I have a couple of weights in my bedroom
But while drugs such as Ozempic have been popular with celebs, they did not appeal to Alison, whose late mum, Maria, had Type 2 diabetes.
She revealed: “For me, as soon as I hear any scare story, I get frightened.
“So I haven’t wanted to use them, but that’s not to say I wouldn’t in the future, and I certainly wouldn’t look down on anyone who did.
“My mum had type 2 diabetes and she was worried for me, so when I then found out that I was pre-diabetic, that was frightening.
“I thought ‘I have to be an adult about this’. The sweets had to stop – and the fatty foods.
“Twice a week I see my personal trainer, and I have a couple of weights in my bedroom.
“I walk, I stretch and sometimes I do a bit of yoga. I try to vary it so it’s not the same every day.
I love my new shape and although I still have areas I’m conscious of, such as my arms and my tummy, it’s great being able to wear things I would never have been able to before
“After a session at the gym, I think I’m Venus Williams, with all those endorphins pumping around.
“If I miss a session or two with my trainer, I notice it. That kick you get out of the way you feel is so good.”
Alison told Good Housekeeping that she achieved her goal with twice-a-week training sessions and changing her diet.
But she added: “I’m no longer pre-diabetic — so I’m a bit naughtier with my food now.”
“But because my body’s working properly, I can allow myself a bit of sugar here and there.
“I love my new shape and although I still have areas I’m conscious of, such as my arms and my tummy, it’s great being able to wear things I would never have been able to before. I mean, look at me, I’m a bombshell.”
