LIDL fans better set their alarms, as a handy gadget for cleaning up the patio will soon be landing in stores – and it’s £150 cheaper than the Bosch version.
With temperatures having soared over the last week, and blue skies looking like they are here to stay, many of us are likely desperate to spend as much time as possible in the garden.

However, after a long cold winter, your patio may be in in need of a bit of TLC.
Lidl’s Parkside Long Reach Heat Gun/Weed Burner is perfect for making sure your garden slabs look in tip-top shape, before any guests arrive for BBQs or garden parties.
If the cracks between your patio slabs are littered with weeds, the handy gadget can be used with an extension handle for “environmentally friendly weed removal.”
Arriving in stores on April 10, it is priced at just £14.99, and can also be used for a variety of DIY tasks.
Some of the tool’s uses include heating, moulding, stripping, and for use as a BBQ lighter.
The product comes with a variety of accessories, such as a cone nozzle for weed removal, a barbecue nozzle and an extension handle.
It also has ergonomic handles with non-slip grip, and a fold out stand for cooling down after work.
In comparison, Bosch’s heat gun is priced at £174.99, making the Lidl version £150 cheaper.
A description reads: “Professional heat gun with a fast heat-up to 300°C within 6 seconds.

And the Lidl heat gun isn’t the only bargain hitting stores soon.
The budget supermarket’s Parkside Robot Lawnmower is the perfect tool to leave your grass looking fresh this spring.
The product can mow your lawn for up to 45 minutes, and takes 60 minutes to charge.
The gadget will be priced at just £199, when reserved through the Lidl Plus app, making it £150 cheaper than a comparable product at B&Q.
The product will be exclusively available to reserve via Click Reverse Collect on the Lidl Plus app between April 7-13, before hitting stores on April 24.
However, in store, the product will cost £249, so you’d be a fool not to reserve it, and grab yourself a bargain.

Choose the store you want to collect it from, and then pick the mower up between April 16-19, scanning the Lidl app to get the discount.
If purchased via the Lidl app, the product is £150 cheaper than B&Q’s MAC Allister Robot Lawnmower, which will set you back £350.
Last week, Lidl announced that it would be trialling a Click, Reserve and Collect service on the Lidl Plus app for the first time ever.
The service allows people to reserve sought after Middle Aisle buys for up to two weeks before they arrive in stores.
