A CLASSIC 1960s BBC show has been slapped with trigger warnings while Only Fools and Horses fans slammed ‘woke’ labels.
It’s not the first time throwback BBC programmes have been slapped with disclaimers.

Doctor Who spin-off The Savages is the latest to receive trigger warnings.
Reportedly, The British Board of Film Classification warned it contained “verbal references to discrimination and the discriminatory nature of an alien society.”
Viewers are alerted to PG-rated The Savages featuring “alien beings” and “fantasy violence”.
The British Board of Film Classification also says episodes include “verbal references to discrimination and the discriminatory social structure of an alien society”.
The BBC animation, released on DVD last month, is a remake of Doctor Who episodes starring William Hartnell — broadcast in 1966 but subsequently lost.
Doctor Who viewing figures have plummeted amid woke storylines featuring transgender characters.
Actor Matt Smith, who played the 11th Doctor, has previously blasted trigger warnings.
He said: “I always thought that was one of the great things about doing Doctor Who.
“That you scared children, in a controlled way, but you did scare them.
“Imagine you go to kids watching Doctor Who, ‘By the way, this might scare you.’ No, I’m not into it.

To be shocked, to be arrested out of ourselves, to recognise ourselves in front and with an audience.
“I worry sometimes that we’re moving towards a sort of sanitised version of everything and we’re stripping the danger and the invention and the ingenuity out of everything. Isn’t art meant to be dangerous?
“I worry everything’s being dialed and dumbed down.”
Earlier this year, classic BBC sitcom Only Fools and Horses was also slapped with trigger warnings.
Throwback episodes from the 80s and 90s were hit with disclaimers, warning of offensive or outdated language which left fans reeling.
The iconic sitcom starred Sir David Jason, Nicholas Lyndhurst, as well as the late Lennard Pearce and Buster Merryfield.
Multiple episodes were slapped with trigger warnings for racial and “outdated attitudes”.
Episode six from series one, titled “The Russians are Coming” and considered a fan-favourite, has a disclaimer that reads: “Contains some offensive racial language of the time.”
In addition, “The Yellow Peril” from the second series and “Who’s A Pretty Boy” from the third also carries the same warning.

As well as this, the 1985 Christmas special was slapped with a message that says: “Contains dated attitudes and behaviours and racist language some viewers may find offensive.”
Taking to social media, a viewer fumed: “It takes a brave platform to showcase a comedy.
“People are desperate to be outraged and offended in this country.
“Even UK Gold has to give a f***ing warning before showing an episode of Only Fools and Horses.”
Another vented: “On UK Gold all this weekend, there was a warning before most Only Fools and Horses episodes.
“Saying this episode has “OUTDATED IDEAS”. UK Gold gone woke now.”
