A BRAND new age-gap love show has been revealed that aims to test whether love truly is ageless.
A brand new Netflix show looks set to rival Love is Blind and Temptation Island as it embraces the culture of age-gap relationships.
The streaming giant has commissioned Age of Attraction, where lonely singles search for their soulmates regardless of their age.
In the programme, the couples will have to navigate if age will come between them or if true love will blossom no matter what.
Deadline first revealed that the show was in the works with Sam Dean, a showrunner from both FBoy Island and Love Is Blind already attached to the project.
David Friedman, the executive producer of Temptation Island will also be working on the programme as a showrunner.
Executive Producer Jennifer O’Connell said of the show: “At VHM we live to create formats that feel fresh, bold, and binge-worthy.
“With Age of Attraction, we’re asking audiences if age is truly just a number.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Netflix—home to some of the most iconic and addictive dating shows out there—and to collaborate with our amazing creative partners, led by our talented showrunners Sam Dean and David Friedman.”
Age of Attraction is the latest in a long-line of shows on both sides of the pond to feature an ageing cast.
My Mum, Your Dad took Britain by storm with two successful series featuring single parents dating each other.
Whilst Stateside, the Golden Bachelorette featuring a cast made up entirely of OAPs, has become a ratings smash.
