A TRAVELLER has come under fire after sharing how much she “plastics” in her home.
Natalie explained that she’s so focused on keeping her abode clean that she’s covered everything she can in plastic.

She began her TikTok page by admitting “obviously I’ve got every single pelmet in my home plastic-ed”.
“They are dust collectors so plastic in them just makes it so much easier to wipe over,” Natalie added.
Moving onto the front of her house, and the doormat is covered in plastic, making it “easy to wipe over when everyone’s coming in with muddy shoes”.
Natalie – who actually sells the plastic rolls on her TikTok shop – concluded by showing that she has even covered her bed headboard and her kitchen island in plastic.
But lots of people in the comments section admitted they didn’t understand the appeal of plastic-ing.
“A doormat in plastic? Like what is the purpose of a doormat?” one person wrote.
“It‘s like wrapping towels in plastic!”
“Don’t get it,” another said.
“So it’s a show home not a house?” a third questioned.
“Hilarious… is this a joke?” someone else asked.

“I get the plastic wrap but not on the kitchen island,” someone else said.
“It’s easy to wipe clean?”
“It would get scratched if I didn’t put plastic on it,” Natalie said.
Others were more on board with Natalie’s approach, as they bombarded her with questions, such as how she gets her plastic so neat when covering things.
On the doormat, she explained that she just “wrapped it like you would a present and stick with strong tape”.
As for cleaning the plastic, Natalie said that she “wipes over with any normal cleaning products”.
“I use bleach and Fairy liquid,” she added.
“I told my husband and he said I’m mad!” someone else commented on the video.
“Why do people not see the point of this?
“It makes absolute sense to me!”
“This is amazing and call me crazy but this is heaven,” another said.
“I want this so bad.”
