Sharing the snaps to the Food Finds UK Official Facebook page, one shopper wrote: “Nice smaller portion sized Dairy Milk Mini Egg Bars.”

The bars, which are standard 110g size rather than share size, are available in Poundland as well as Dealz in Ireland, they added.

Fellow chocoholics rushed to the comments, with one saying: “These are unreal.”

Another one joked: “I need this, I can smell it from my phone.”

And a third added: “These are unreal.”

The post has so far racked up nearly 900 likes and over 170 comments.

It comes after bargain hunters also spotted big packs of Cadbury chocolates on sale for just 87p at Morrisons.

These included Bitsa Wispa, Crunchie Rocks, Oreo Bites, and Cadbury Animals, all going for a fraction of their usual price.

The 110g bags of sweet treats usually range anywhere between £1.75 to £2 at the major supermarkets.

Farmfoods also recently dropped the price of its Celebrations 550g tubs to just £2.99.
