Next is launching a big spring sale for customers

The fashion chains’ VIP members can get early online access to the bargains before they drop in-store, and the retailer has already been sending out invites to its customers.

Next is famous for its seasonal sales giving customers the chance to save big on name brands and homeware products.

VIP shoppers also have a chance to preview goods ahead of the sale so they see what offers are landing.

The retailer has not confirmed the exact date the sale will take place, but VIP members have taken to social media to share the details.

One person shared a post to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains Facebook group, one person said: “Next VIP sale emails are being sent out to customers.”

Many were quick to chime in and share that they have also received a slot to shop the sale ahead of time on Thursday, March 20.

One person said “Next is my go too at the moment”.

While a third said they loved “stocking up” on pyjamas for their kids.

Another person said they were “gutted” they have no slot.

Other shoppers responded to the post, commenting that the main sale could possibly launch in stores this Saturday.

If you are keen to shop the sale in stores you can find you nearest branch by visiting www.next.co.uk/stores.

Some Next stores have different opening hours so it may be worth looking at this ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

Usually on the day of the Next sale, some stores open as early as 6am meaning some shoppers can be queuing in the early hours of the morning.

But you don’t need to be a VIP member to spot secret codes and shop savvy at Next.

Shoppers have found a clever way to predict which items will be in the sale ahead of time.

Items are usually marked by staff in the days before the sale starts.

The codes are written in pencil on the price tag, and the numbers next to the letters generally indicate the sale price of the item.

Therefore, if you want to visit your local store and earmark a bargain, you should keep your eyes peeled.

The codes and the marked-down items can vary from store to store.

SIGN UP FOR FUTURE VIP SLOTS

To receive a VIP Sale invite you will need to have successfully opened a nextpay credit account ahead of any event.

So, it’s too late to become a VIP for this event, but you can always sign up ahead of the next one.

However, be careful when taking out a store card and make sure it is something you can afford to pay off.

Interest rates can be very high, so you need to make sure you can pay them off in full each month.

Otherwise, the amount paid in interest will counteract the savings you make in the sale.

Other requirements to become a Next VIP include:

  • Having a Next flexible credit account with at least £250 credit available
  • Placing and keeping an order from the Next Directory within the last year
  • Having an up-to-date email address registered with Next, and being registered to receive sale and promotional emails
  • Receiving a copy of the Next Directory
  • Returning less than two-thirds of the items ordered

All VIP sale slots are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, and they’re restricted to one per customer.

Users have the best chance of getting amazing deals by accepting the first slot they’re allocated because things can sell out quickly.
