SITTING in the passenger seat of her boyfriend’s car, JoJo noticed something unusual.
As she pulled down the passenger visor mirror, she spotted some prints on it.
The 21-year-old shared a video on her TikTok page, ‘joiederouen,’ which captured her discovery of a collection of strange small circles on the mirror.
Upon closer inspection, she realised the prints appeared to be small circles from an Octobuddy phone accessory.
These specific phone accessories are available either as a phone case or a sticker that can be attached to the back of a phone.
They enable the phone to be stuck to a surface, allowing the user to easily utilise the front camera to take pictures or videos of themselves.
These devices are mainly used by influencers or those who want to look at themselves whilst doing their makeup.
This made Jodie realise that someone else must have been in the car.
The video, which has amassed 11.7 million views, featured text that read: “Crazy because this is how I found out about the other girl.”
The video currently has over 685,000 likes and 3,677 comments.
Many viewers rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts and similar experiences.
One person wrote: “12am in the morning I couldn’t sleep, his phone kept dinging… wasn’t unusual, his job calls him at all hours… this time my gut told me to look.”

Another commenter revealed how they had uncovered the truth from a subtle clue in the car.
They said: “I found out because the passenger seat was moved and I’m the only one that sits there. Well, I thought I was.”
