The Juventus star, dubbed the ‘World’s sexiest footballer’, boasts almost 17 million followers on the photo-sharing app.
Lehmann previously spent three years with Aston Villa in the Women’s Super League.
The 26-year-old joined Juventus last year and has bagged 2 goals in 15 games for the Serie A side.
