LIDL has launched a garden gadget that’s £54 cheaper than a Bosch model, making it a steal for anyone looking to spruce up their lawn this spring.
The Parkside Electric Scarifier/Aerator, priced at just £84.99, is has officially hit Lidl stores.

The savvy lawnmower comes packed with features to rival the Bosch Home and Garden Electric Universal Verticut 1100, which sells for £139.
With spring around the corner, green-fingered shoppers will be looking to restore their lawns after winter, and Lidl’s budget-friendly option makes it easier than ever.
While Bosch’s version is well-known for its durability and reliability, Lidl’s Parkside model outshines it in power, working width, and versatility.
It boasts an 1800W motor compared to Bosch’s 1100W, meaning it packs more punch when tackling thatch and moss build-up.
The working width is also larger, at 37cm versus Bosch’s 32cm, helping cover more ground in less time.
Unlike Bosch’s version, which only scarifies, Lidl’s gadget comes with two interchangeable rollers—one for scarifying with 10 blades and another for aerating with 44 spring tines, giving you more bang for your buck.
Both models come with a 50L collection bag, but Lidl’s features a fill-level window, so you’ll know when it’s time to empty.
It also offers four depth settings, a foldable design for easy storage, and a three-year warranty—one year more than Bosch’s standard offer.

Lidl’s Parkside Scarifier/Aerator isn’t just cheaper than Bosch—it undercuts other big brands too.
The Einhell Electric Scarifier and Aerator GC-SA 1231/1 is priced at £99.95 on Tooled Up, while the VonHaus 2-in-1 Lawn Scarifier & Aerator retails online for £114.99.
That means Lidl’s model is the cheapest on the market.
It’s always important to compare different options on the market, to make sure you’re getting the best value for money.
Lidl’s gadget is only available in-store, so you’ll need to head to your nearest Lidl to grab one.
You can find your local Lidl store using the store locator on Lidl’s website.
And whilst you’re there, it’s worth checking out the Parkside Pressure Washer the bargain retailer is also selling.
The handy gadget is £190 cheaper than a Karcher high pressure washer and is perfect for getting the garden ready for spring.
How can I save money when shopping at Lidl?

Shoppers can often find cooked meats, salmon fillets and breads reduced by 30% or more.
Not only does Lidl have its own range of reasonably priced alcohol, it also has its own knock-offs of branded favourites – so say cheers to its bargain booze.
