BRITAIN’S Got Talent is at the centre of a ‘fakery row’ after Simon Cowell was left ‘fearing for his life’ during one act.
Producers were seen stepping in during the bizarre audition after Simon begged sledgehammer wielding Kranthi Drillman to stop.

Kranthi had ordered Simon to lay on the stage in an angel position before placing watermelons and coconuts around him.
He then put on a blindfold and began frantically smashing the fruit until it was all gone – and didn’t stop.
Simon later spoke out and said he feared his “days were numbered” during Kranthi’s audition.
But skeptical Britain’s Got Talent fans claim to have worked out Kranthi’s secret behind his ‘crazed’ act and branded it ‘fake’.
Viewers are convinced the Indian hopeful’s blindfold was see-through.
Writing on X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan said: “He could obviously see through the scarf and he thinks he’s won.”
Another added: “Obviously see through the blindfold.”
And a third said: “You can tell the coconuts and the watermelons have been weakened and you could tell he could clearly see what he was doing when Simon was laid down.”
Someone else pointed out that Kranthi looked directly at a crew member as he put his hand up in the air to signal for him to stop.
“For anybody wondering if he could see through the blindfold or not (fairly obvious though) take a look at the end when the stagehand puts his hand up in front of his face to tell him to stop,” the fan said.

Kranthi’s act aired in Saturday night’s instalment of Britain’s Got Talent on ITV.
He began his audition by cracking open cans of fizzy drinks by using just his teeth.
However, the stuntman – real name Kranthi Kumar Panikerathen – stepped things up a notch as he enlisted the help of former X Factor mogul Simon.
As he smashed the fruit placed around Simon with his sledgehammer, his fellow judges Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli all squirmed.
Simon looked terrified after nearly all the fruit was destroyed and he even tried to stop the audition. Amanda also hit the red buzzer in an attempt to halt it.
Production crew were then seen flooding the stage before Kranthi stopped.
Simon later told The Mirror: “I genuinely thought my days were numbered.
“The producers on this show just love my pain! There was one point, and I’m not lying, I genuinely thought, ‘That’s it. It’s over’.”
