Bach-Hasselhoff’s family reportedly went to check on her after they hadn’t heard from her in days, according to TMZ.

They then called cops to the scene at around 10 pm on Wednesday, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to The U.S. Sun.

The actress reportedly died by suicide from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Cops said she didn’t leave a note.

“Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff,” David Hasselhoff, 72, said about his ex-wife of 17 years, according to TMZ.

“We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time, but we kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time.”

Pamela appeared on Baywatch in 14 episodes over 10 years as cafe owner Kaye Morgan.

She started acting on TV in 1983, after her first movie role in Francis Ford Coppola’s film Rumble Fish.

The actress appeared in other TV shows, including Knight Rider, Cheers, and The Young and the Restless.

Hasselhoff, best known for starring in Baywatch, first met Bach-Hasselhoff on the set of Knight Rider in 1985.

They tied the knot in 1989 and went on to have two daughters, Hayley and Taylor.

When they divorced in 2006, citing irreconcilable differences, they each got custody of one daughter.

Bach-Hasselhoff is survived by her two daughters and granddaughter, whom she gushed about in her final social media post.

The actress seemed to be in high spirits in her last post on Instagram on December 31, 2024.
