TINY homes are becoming more popular than ever before due to high interest mortgages and rising house prices.
With there being much less space to heat up, and just being generally cheaper to buy – many people are ditching the idea of wanting a big property.
And one person is Bresha Jeanae, who has managed to gain over 354,000 TikTok followers by uploading videos of her living in a tiny home.
She currently lives in a 399-square-foot home with a built-in fireplace and full-sized kitchen.
After getting lots of questions asking how she manages to fit all of her appliances in there, Bresha shared a video giving her fans a tour of her house.
The video shows her entering her home through the front door, and going straight into the living room.
“One of my most favourite things about this house is that it comes with a built-in fireplace,” she says.
“It actually projects heat, it’s not fake.”
Bresha has an entertainment area which has eight full-sized cabinets – which are “deep” and “can fit a tonne of stuff” in there.
Talking about her kitchen, she adds: “The first thing people say when they come inside my tiny house is, how in the heck do you have full-size appliances?
“They did an incredible job with the layout of this kitchen because look at how many storage places there are.
“A lot of thought had to be put into making every single inch of it storage.”

Her bathroom’s cabinet space has a huge wall, so you can fit a nice-sized mirror on it.
“It was really important for me to have a full-size shower,” she says.
“That was one thing I could not sacrifice.”

“There’s so much you can do with this area,” she says.
“Instead of doing the normal stackable washer and dryer, I chose to make half of it a pantry and the other half I got a washer and dryer combo.”
And across from that is even more storage.
If you keep walking past the bathroom, you will find another room—which Bresha calls her beauty room or closet.
She explained that most people would typically put their bedroom in that room, but she decided to keep it as a closet.
Bresha then shows the camera her bedroom which is located upstairs.
But with her low ceilings, she explains that one thing people have a hard time getting over is the fact that you can’t stand up straight in there.

Her video has gained over three million views and 246,000 likes with many people rushing to the comments section to share their thoughts.
One wrote: “I would sleep downstairs in your beauty room.”
A second added: “This is dope. Beautifully decorated, super clean, great floor plan, I personally just can’t deal with not having a standing room in my bedroom.”
To which Bresha replied with: “Yes! It definitely is different, but you can choose to make the room downstairs your bedroom. I just chose to make the top part mine.”
