MANY people love getting their nails done, but it can get expensive if you want it as a regular service.

If you are looking to save some cash, Superdrug have shared how they now do your nails professionally for just £5.

The service is only available at Superdrug stores that have a nail bar, and you can check this on their website.

A video was shared by the Superdrug at Washington Retail Park in Tyne & Wear, explaining what you get.

They posted: “How to get your nails done for £5 at Superdrug.

“Step 1: Purchase the polish you want to be applied and tell them you want it applied in store.

“Step 2: Take your polish to the nail bar.

“Step 3: Let our nail tech do their magic!”

And it’s good news if you have a Superdrug card as you can get the service for even cheaper – just £4.

They added: “Nail polish needs to be purchased at the same time as treatment, we’d need to see a receipt.”

As part of the treatment, you get “file and cuticle work” and they use their “professional base and top coat” to “make them last.”

The service – available for nails or toes – is done by “qualified nail technicians”, which can be helpful if you are messy with your nail polish.

The shop added: “And you have a nail polish to take home.”

Sadly it doesn’t include gel nails for a key reason.

They explained: “Nope, need to use the same brand of gel to the lamp otherwise it can cause allergies and be quite dangerous!!”

But the staff member explained they do offer a separate gel manicure service for £28, or you can get Biab for an additional £5 on top of this.

Many people were impressed with the simple £5 polish service, however, with one saying: “let’s do this!!!”

Another added: “Great.”
