Up first was former footballer Anton Ferdinand and his pro skater partner Annette Dytr.

They achieved a score of 34 after all four judges delivered marks of 8.5.

Meanwhile, ex Love Island star Chris Taylor achieved 32 points with his new partner Robin Johnstone.

Some fans weren’t happy with the outcome, as they shared their thoughts on social media.

One wrote on X: “Chris getting lower artistic marks than Anton when Anton’s feedback was full of complaints about his posture is truly baffling.

“It’s never been more obvious than this series that they’ve already decided who they want to go all the way #dancingonice.”

Another said: “Soooo why were Chris scores lower than miserable guts Anton??? #dancingonice.”

A third penned: “In my opinion, the skate scoring 8 across the board was much better than the one scoring 8.5 across the board….I’m getting favourite vibes #dancingonice.”

While a fourth chimed in: “8.5. Overmarked there IMHO. Yes lots of lifts but actual dancing I thought was minimal.”

A fifth remarked: “overmarked again! but who’s surprised…. #DancingOnIce.”

As a sixth simply stated: “well overmarked #dancingonice”.

It’s not the first time that viewers have taken issue with scores on the long-running show.

In Movie Week, The Traitors star Mollie Pearce and Colin Grafton skated to Beauty and the Beast.

Fans were left fuming when they received a score of 30, out of a possible 40.
