IF you’re a fan of Charlotte Tilbury’s products but are out off by the high-end prices, Aldi might have the answer.
One beauty fan tried out the shop’s budget-friendly dupe of the iconic Flawless Filter.

In her video, YouTube user Jess (@thesliceofjess) tried out the beauty buy, sharing her thoughts with her subscribers.
She explained that she purchased the Aldi product in two different shades, planning to mix them together to get a colour match.
According to Jess, the item could be used either as a base for your make-up or as foundation to create a dewy finish.
The item in question is the Lacura Luminous Filter Glamour Foundation, which is currently available for £4.99 from Aldi.
It has been described by many as a dupe for the Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter, which retails for £39.
Jess carried out the same process with the Aldi dupe as she does with the Flawless Filter, applying it between her primer and foundation.
However, she stopped to give her viewers a close up of the product before layering on her foundation.
“We can see the shimmer, we can see it glowing. You can see there is definitely a glow when you put this on,” she said.
After creating her “shimmering glow base” Jess applied her foundation, sharing how impressed she was with the finished look.
She explained that her first impression of the product was that she “quite liked” the look it created.

The YouTuber decided to re-examine her make-up after she returned home from an event to give her full experience.
Jess concluded that she was impressed with the long-lasting effect of the product.
“It has stayed on really well. I’m impressed with that, would I use it again? Yeah, I think I will and I had no issues with having to go retouch my makeup throughout the night either,” she said.
YouTube users shared their thoughts on the dupe in the comments section.
“Wow, those dupes are so impressive, especially the Flawless Filter ones,” wrote one viewer.
“Your skin looks awesome and you seem to get a very similar effect. Will definitely have to try these out.”
“I’ve seen the dupes and wondered if it was just the packaging they were copying and the product would be completely different, but now I know. Really appreciate that,” said another follower.
“Love these videos Jess. I have the Flawless Filter I find it great but more drying on the skin,” shared a third person.
“You have influenced me,” commented another impressed subscriber.
