BGT FAME

In 2020, Jade auditioned with her brother Christian, then four, as part of a singing and sign-language troupe called Sign Along With Us.

Her sibling has a Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) brain injury, Cerebral palsy and is severely sight impaired.

It happens when newborn babies are deprived of oxygen, leading to brain damage.

The brother and sister were part of a 65-strong singing troupe, Sign Along With Us.

The group impressed the judges and viewers so much, they were named runners-up, losing out to singer Jon Courtenay.

They were former judge David Walliams‘ golden buzzer act, and the comedian even donated £10,000 to Christian’s three mile walk fund to raise money for the NHS.

They moved the audience to tears with their performance of the Greatest Showman’s This is Me in the auditions.
