KATIE Price has jetted back to Turkey for yet more surgery following her 17th boob job and a face lift.
Speaking from her hospital bed, the former glamour model revealed she was preparing to go under the knife again.
She told fans on Snapchat and Instagram: “From my last surgery, there are just a few little bits that I want tweaking.
“Well, they need tweaking. So here I am getting ready. That’s the worst bit for me, the needle. The needle’s done so now I can relax.”
Katie, 46, revealed she had to wait a few hours for blood test results before the procedure, saying she planned to get some sleep in the meantime.
Later, she posted another update as she was wheeled to the operating room, telling her followers: “Just to inform you all, I’m now going down for my operation. Nice and calm.”
While Katie hasn’t confirmed exactly what tweaks she’s having done, she recently admitted her face lift left her with botched ears.
Sources close to the star claimed she was unhappy with her “pixie ears” following the surgery.
Closer Magazine reported: “Katie is heading to Turkey for her first New Year’s procedure: fixing her pixie ears.
“She thinks they need correcting after her recent facelift. She’s having her ears removed, then re-stitched in place and pinned back so that they don’t stick out.”
Reflecting on Katie’s “obsession” with surgery, the source continued: “Friends think Katie has gone too far.
“They feel like she’s obsessed and loves the attention – and the money from the pictures – that the surgery brings in.”

Casually flicking her hair to the side in a video, she revealed her ears – which appeared to have no lobes.
But one fan noticed the difference in her ears, writing: “What happened to your earlobes?”
Most people have adherent earlobes, where the lobes hang down away from the face.
Attached earlobes are less common, which is where they are smaller in size and attached directly to the side of the head.
In older photos, Katie had adherent lobes, but since her latest facelift she appears to have attached earlobes.
She flew to Turkey for her £10,000 facelift and breast reduction in August, skipping a bankruptcy court date for the procedure.
The plastic surgery fanatic was arrested at Heathrow Airport and was seen outside the High Court the following day.
KATIE’S FEARS
Speaking on Greatest Hits Radio, Katie explained a clairvoyant predicted she would pass away peacefully in her sleep, which her sister Sophie suggested could apply to being under anaesthesia.
While the encounter happened years ago, Katie admitted that recollecting the visit with Sophie for their podcast left her with anxiety about going under the knife again.
“That sort of triggered something in my head. And I was like, ‘Do you know what? Imagine if that is,’ because the amount of times I’ve been put to sleep and that’s stuck in my mind.
“If I have surgery again, what if I do go in my sleep because you are asleep.
“And I think that’s connected something in my brain, I was saying that.
“But yeah, I do have a… I need to sort out the body dysmorphia stuff.”
It comes after Katie was issued an urgent warning by her former surgeon who refused to operate on the star – and feared she was “addicted to surgery”.
The reality star gets most of her surgery for free nowadays though is thought to have had over £500,000 worth of operations over the years – including 17 boob jobs, at least four face lifts, multiple brow lifts, Brazilian bum lifts, as well as filler and Botox.
