The grandmother-of-three revealed that the 10p buy has been helping her to fight the signs of ageing – as well as keep her in tip top shape.

Gina, who is a Playboy model, takes pride in her appearance due to her age as she’s not “messing around” and that she is “old enough to know better.”

Speaking to the Mirror, Gina explained that Oranges were the staple ingredient in her diet and credits it for its “anti-ageing wonders.”

The fruit, which is currently being sold in Asda for 89p for a pack of nine, has “natural powerhouses to promote health and combat signs of ageing.”

Experts believe the oranges are great for anti-ageing as they are loaded with water, and hydrate your skin.

They are also a source of vitamin C, which helps to create collagen and wound healing.

Gina, from Australia confirmed that this has helped her with blemishes and spots.

As well as eating them, she will also add segments into her breakfast oatmeal, yoghurts or blitzing them in smoothies.

We previously revealed how the Aussie model uses other citrus fruits as a natural alternative to deodorant.

She explained that lemons “last more than 24 hours” compared to “any deodorant on the market.”

Gina told the Daily Star: “They give me a complete 24-hour protection without odour and it is 100% natural protection.

“It is one of the key things for my health and fitness and skin especially and I’d recommend others to do the same because lemons have numerous health benefits.”
