WETHERSPOONS has revealed a brand new menu change taking place next week, but it’s only available for a limited time.
The budget boozer is celebrating the Scottish holiday of Burns Night, by adding a range of classic dishes from the region to its menus.
The holiday, which takes place on January 25, celebrates the life of Scottish poet Robert Burns.
From Wednesday 22 until Tuesday 28 the no-frills pub and restaurant chain will be selling classics such as haggis with neeps and tatties and a Caledonian Burger.
The haggis meal will cost £7.49 with a choice of soft drink and £9.02 with a choice of an alcoholic drink.
A small haggis meal is also available, priced at £5.49 with a soft drink and £7.02 with a choice of an alcoholic drink.
Haggis is a savory pudding made from the liver, heart, and lungs of a sheep.
The Caledonian Burger, which comes with two 3oz beef patties, with haggis, whisky sauce, chips and six onion rings, will cost £9.40 with a choice of soft drink and £10.93 with a choice of an alcoholic drink.
And that’s not all; the British chain will also have a range of Scottish drinks for customers to try.
This includes Inveralmond Ossian a 4.1% ABV from Perthshire-based Inveralmond Brewery.
If you are keen to try out the menu it is worth noting that prices can vary from site to site.
To be prepared, it may be worth ringing up your local branch ahead of time.

This comes just weeks after the budget haunt said it would slash the price of a pint to as little as 99p in the New Year.
Pub goers will be enjoy the offer until January 16, giving just two days to snap up a discount.
It forms part of the budget boozer’s January sale with venues across England and Wales cutting prices on alcohol.
Until then, punters will be able to pick up a pint of Ruddles for £1.29 down from its current price of £1.79.
A pint of Worthington’s will cost just 99p, a pint of Belhaven £1.49 and a pint of Doom Bar a mere £1.49.

The popular venue upset some diners earlier this month after it revealed 8oz silron steak had been taken off the menu at 40 locations.
A spokesperson for Wetherspoon previously told The Sun: “We can confirm that the company has taken steak off the menu in approximately 40 pubs.
“It is still available in 760 Wetherspoon pubs.
“The chain prides itself on serving prime beef steaks, available from 11.30am daily, with full traceability from farm to fork.
“The pub ensures that all steaks are freshly cooked on-site, rather than being frozen.
“Patrons have the option to order their steak anywhere from pink to well-done, or any preference in between.”
