A WOMAN has shared her easy method for getting “perfect” fried eggs every time – and you don’t even need any oil.
Lindsay explained that she’d been so overwhelmed the last time she shared the cooking hack on her social media pages, that she’d decided to do so again.

“If you’re not making your eggs like this, just stop what you’re doing and get on the trend!” she began her TikTok video.
She began by urging people to “stop using oil”, even if “you’re not on a diet”.
“Because these just taste way better!” she promised.
First off, start with a “good non-stick pan”.
“Crack your egg in, remove any shell and add just a dash of cold water,” Lindsay continued.
“Pop a lid on the pan and it literally takes less than a minute until this egg comes out looking like an emoji.
“And then when it starts to resemble a cartoon egg, whack it on your toast and dig in!”
She showed herself demonstrating the method in the video, which concluded with a delicious looking fried egg – complete with a runny yolk – on a piece of toast.
“Had to post this again for the newbies on my page!” Lindsay captioned her video.
And the comments section was almost immediately filled with people praising Lindsay for sharing the hack.

“My eggs were perfect, thanks Lindsay!”
“After watching the 1st time you posted it, it’s the only way I do my eggs now!” another gushed.

“I tried this morning and they were absolutely perfect!!” someone else wrote.
“Thankyou for sharing!”
“I watched you do this last week and bought myself a little pan with lid just for eggs at the weekend,” another laughed.
“Perfect eggs now, thanks!”
As others insisted the method is nothing new, and they’ve been using it “for years”.
“I’ve used this method for years,” one insisted, but acknowledged they get “perfect eggs every time”.
“I’ve been doing this forever,” another wrote.
“I’ve always done this! It was called ‘coddled’ eggs when I was a child,” a third commented.
As someone else sighed: “Love how people think this is new!”
To which Lindsay replied: “Not sure it matters.
“As long as they’re learning about it now, that’s the main thing!”
