IT seems like every face in Hollywood is stuck at the same age these days.
But instead of the obvious nip-and-tuck look, many celebrities are embracing an “ageless beauty” vibe, making it harder to pin down exactly what work they’ve had done.

According to Dr. Aamer Khan, Medical Lead at Harley Street Skin, this shift is all about enhancing natural features rather than altering them.
He explains: “Semi-invasive and invasive procedures can create a youthful, revitalised appearance while preserving a celebrity‘s signature look.
“However, some stars and their imitators are pushing the boundaries, leading to dramatic changes that overshadow the elegance of ageless beauty.
“There’s a real danger in the way celebrities with surgeries – sometimes repeated surgeries – are being presented.
“First, we need to understand that for many celebrities, their appearance is tied to their livelihood.
“They invest heavily in their looks – whether it’s top-notch, subtle surgery or maintaining their skin and overall health.
“They do a little at a time, consistently. But this kind of investment isn’t realistic for most people, simply because they don’t have the same resources.
“What we’re seeing isn’t the real world; it’s their world. And that’s an important message to get across.
“Celebrities have to look great, or they don’t get the work.
“Some of these celebrities have even transformed so much that they don’t look like they used to, achieving a beauty that nature didn’t originally give them.”
Dr. Khan adds: “As this trend grows, it’s vital to strike a balance between enhancement and authenticity.

“The risk is that altering your appearance means changing your genetic look.
“If someone marries you based on how you look after these changes, and later has children who look like the ‘before’ version of you, is that fair? It could almost feel like misrepresenting yourself.”
Here, Dr. Aamer shares with YASMIN HARISHA some of the most expensive faces in Hollywood and the treatments behind their flawless looks.
Lindsay Lohan
Total Estimate: £27,000 – £51,300
As a cosmetic doctor, Dr. Aamer believes that Lindsay Lohan’s youthful transformation likely combines lifestyle changes, skincare, and carefully selected cosmetic enhancements.

He says: “Treatments such as IPL lasers and RF microneedling (like Morpheus8) could be behind her glowing, tightened skin by boosting collagen production.
“Botox injections and fillers may have subtly enhanced her facial contours, especially in the cheeks and jawline.
“Additionally, dissolving past filler might have refined her overall look.”
“For her refreshed eye area, it’s possible she underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery). A rhinoplasty procedure to refine the nasal tip.
Fillers can create lumps, which leads to more filler to smooth things out, and suddenly the face looks overstretched or overinflated
“Experts also suggest a circular facelift to maintain firmness and definition in her facial contours, alongside additional fillers in her lips and cheekbones to enhance their sculpted, fuller appearance.
“Botox in her forehead and brow area likely helps achieve a smooth, lifted expression.
“Lastly, her more open and expressive eye area may be the result of a subtle eyebrow lift.”
When it comes to fillers, Dr. Aamer warns that it can backfire as we age.
“When the skin becomes thinner, fillers can create lumps, which leads to more filler to smooth things out, and suddenly the face looks overstretched or overinflated,” he explains.
“The key is to focus on keeping the skin in excellent shape, rather than overdoing the procedures.”
- IPL Lasers (3 sessions): £900 – £1,800
- RF Microneedling (3 sessions): £2,100 – £3,600

Jennifer Lopez
Total Estimate: £31,600 – £72,000
Jennifer Lopez, 55, widely admired for her timeless beauty, appears to have maintained her stunning looks.

He says: “Her radiant, youthful skin points to a commitment to high-quality skincare and non-invasive treatments.
“Botox may smooth fine lines on her forehead and around her eyes, while fillers could subtly enhance facial volume in her cheeks and maintain plumpness around the nasolabial folds.
“Laser treatments, such as Fraxel or IPL, may help even out her skin tone, reduce pigmentation, and keep her complexion glowing.
“Chemical peels could also contribute to her smooth, polished texture.
There’s speculation about breast augmentation, as her bust size appears fuller in recent years
“Earlier photos suggest she may have undergone a subtle rhinoplasty, as the bridge of her nose appears slightly narrower, and the tip is more defined, enhancing her facial symmetry.
“Her tight jawline and the absence of sagging around her cheeks might point to a mini facelift or a thread lift to maintain youthful contours.
“Her consistently full, shapely lips are likely enhanced with temporary lip fillers, such as hyaluronic acid.
“Her bright, youthful eyes may hint at a blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery, £4,000–£6,000) or non-surgical options like Ultherapy or Botox to lift her brows and prevent hooding.
“Jennifer Lopez’s famously toned physique could also benefit from non-invasive body sculpting treatments, such as Emsculpt or CoolSculpting, which enhance muscle definition and reduce stubborn fat, complementing her rigorous fitness routine.
“Her flawless smile likely results from veneers or bonding, achieving even, perfect teeth.”

Khloe Kardashian
Total Estimate: £9,500–£21,000
Khloe Kardashian, 40, has undeniably transformed her appearance over the years in the public spotlight.

He says: “In my opinion, Khloe Kardashian has likely undergone a combination of fat reduction and skin-tightening treatments around her jawline.
“As she has lost a significant amount of weight over the years, it’s natural to experience some skin laxity in this area, particularly with age-related collagen loss.
“Khloe may have opted for a minimally invasive laser-based treatment designed to reduce fat and stimulate collagen production.
“These treatments work by using fine, hair-like fibres that emit heat under the skin to target fat cells and tighten the skin.
A rhinoplasty procedure typically costs between £5,000 and £10,000, depending on the surgeon and complexity
“Patients often notice an immediate lifting and tightening effect, and it’s a popular choice because it offers natural-looking results with minimal downtime.
“In addition to these treatments, Khloe has openly admitted to having undergone a nose job, saying it was a procedure she always wanted and is very happy with the results.

Angelina Jolie
Total Estimate: £5,000–£10,000
Angelina Jolie has long been the subject of plastic surgery speculation, with one of the most talked-about rumours being that she has undergone rhinoplasty.

He says: “Examining before and after photos, it’s evident that Angelina Jolie’s nose has undergone subtle changes over the years.
“In earlier images, her nose had a wider bridge and a broader tip. More recent photos reveal a refined appearance, with a narrower bridge and a more defined tip.
“It’s believed that Angelina may have had rhinoplasty in her twenties to enhance the definition of her nasal tip.
“The procedure appears to have been a minor one, designed to create a subtle improvement rather than a dramatic transformation. Her nose now looks slightly thinner and shorter, suggesting a natural and expertly done enhancement.”
Megan Fox
Total Estimate: £10,900–£29,700
Megan Fox, 38, often hailed as one of the world’s most beautiful women, has been candid about her journey with body dysmorphia and her evolving appearance while there has always been speculation about the plastic surgeries she may have undergone.

He says: “Contrary to some rumours, she claims she has never had a facelift or thread lift.
“When it comes to what Megan has had done, she says she has undergone various laser treatments and injectables over the years and has openly discussed her history with breast implants.
“It’s reported that she had her first breast augmentation in her early twenties, which was later replaced after breastfeeding her children when the implants changed shape.
“More recently, she had her implants replaced again due to visible rippling and requested her surgeon to ensure her implants were the largest size that could fit her frame, leading to a 32D size.
“Megan also confirmed that she has had a rhinoplasty, refuting rumours that she had multiple nose surgeries.”
- Laser Treatments: £600–£1,500 per session
- Injectables (Botox and fillers): £300–£1,200

Kim Kardashian
Total Estimate: £18,400 – £50,000+
Kim Kardashian’s transformation over the years has sparked widespread speculation about the cosmetic procedures she may have undergone.

He says: “Some experts have suggested that she may have had butt injections, multiple breast enhancements, rhinoplasty, liposuction, and even laser hair removal on her hairline.
“However, in a July 2022 interview, Kim shut down these rumors, asserting that much of the speculation about her appearance is unfounded.
“While the changes in her look are undeniable, Kim has consistently emphasised that she prefers non-invasive treatments rather than opting for more invasive surgeries.
“Her refined appearance, which includes a smoother, more youthful look, could be attributed to non-surgical procedures such as dermal fillers for her cheeks and lips, as well as skin-tightening treatments that enhance her jawline and neck.
“The sleek, professional makeup style she now embraces also contributes to her sophisticated look, highlighting her natural beauty while keeping speculation at bay.”
- Butt Injections: £4,000–£8,000

Gwen Stefani
Estimated total cost: £11,000 – £28,000
Gwen Stefani appears to have had a youthful transformation recently.

He says: “It’s likely involves several enhancements, with her figure suggesting the possibility of breast augmentation (mammoplasty), which typically costs between £5,000 and £8,000.
“The more prominent neckline she now displays could point to this procedure.
“Her smile transformation is equally striking. Gwen appears to have opted for veneers, which have given her that now-iconic, flawless grin.
“Veneers generally cost between £750 and £2,000 per tooth, and for a full set of upper teeth, the price can range from £6,000 to £20,000, depending on the material and provider.”
It isn’t until your sixties and older that people should be looking at invasive surgery
Dr. Aamer warns that repeated surgeries can “cause tissue distortion,” and older tissues that have already been operated on are “less likely to heal well.”
“The more work you’ve had, the greater the risk to both your appearance and your overall health,” he explains.
“When you’re in your 20s and 30s, the focus should be on collagen banking.
“This means prioritising good health, a nutritious diet, and skincare products that enhance collagen production.
“It isn’t until your sixties and older that people should be looking at invasive surgery.”
