JENNIFER Aniston sets the tone in a workout for a fitness campaign.
The Friends actress, 55, posed in a bodysuit for fitness firm Pvolve — who want to educate women on resistance training.
Jen said: “Moving my body has always been important to me.
“Strength training is of the utmost importance to staying healthy.”
The actress has starred in a string of Hollywood movies since playing Rachel Green in the hit Nineties sitcom, which she calls the “biggest gift” of her life.
When asked what her favourite job has been during her glittering career, Jennifer said: “Obviously Friends — that’s a no-brainer.
“I would have to say that is number one.
“Every single day I miss the schedule of filming . . . it’s the best schedule ever on the planet.”
