DAN Edgar has broken his silence on Arg’s triumphant return to Towie, with him also lifting the lid on his Dancing On Ice struggle.
Dan Edgar, 34, signed up for the 2025 season of Dancing On Ice, it was revealed last September.
Due to skate onto the ice very soon, Dan is paired with professional skater Vanessa James Amoros for the all-new upcoming series.
Ahead of his skating stint, Dan has opened up about his “busy” time training for the show while also chatting about Towie and the spin-off show The Only Way Is Essexmas.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Dan lifted the lid on his training sessions leading up to the new Dancing On Ice series, with him saying “it is going really well”.
He added: “I am really enjoying it. It is tough,” before revealing: “I am using muscles in my legs I have never used before in my life.
“My legs are feeling it most days. I have fallen over a couple of times. But it is mad how quickly – if you do something for two hours a day, there’s nothing in life where you really stick at it.”
Dan then spoke of the change he has noticed physically since training for the show, with him dubbing it as a “really good workout” before gushing about the overall experience.
“The whole experience… I am really grateful to have the opportunity to do it,” he told us.
“We started our routine and I have got a wardrobe fitting soon,” he teased, adding: “I am sure there will be some mad outfits.”
Then, opening up about Towie and Arg’s return to the beloved reality show, Dan spoke out about his pal coming back to the show for the first time in six years.

“First time we have done a scene in six years, it is the first time we have had him back. There are so many scenes as a three (we’ve done).
“He is as original Towie as you can get. Series one, episode one and first ever scene was Arg and Mark.
“For Towie it is a really big thing… He has met someone and he is doing really well,” he added.

Reacting to Arg’s return to Towie underneath a teaser trailer posted on social media, fans went wild.
“Love seeing the older cast, bring them all back! Arg is looking well,” penned one person.
“Aww, really miss this group,” added a second.
“No spoilers but I was so happy seeing the dinner table drama,” said a third.
While a fourth swooned: “Big OGs, love it.”
